Beth Azor has been in the commercial real estate industry for 34 years and has been personally investing since 1992.  As she begins to wind down her career over the next 10(ish) years, her mindset is shifting to how she can help others reach their goals as she has been able to do; specifically, she wants to help women reach their investing goals.

Many women have told her they want to invest but have yet to do it. Beth is on a mission to change this and get women to invest. She wants to help alleviate fears and concerns and give women the confidence to take that first step and invest in their own futures. This conference is the first step.

By having women who have invested share their own stories with women who want to invest, Beth is hoping to spark the confidence and motivation in those women that may have been held back because they felt too scared or not smart enough, and give them the confidence to ignore the people in their lives who say it’s too risky (how safe is the stock market?)

Kim Rittberg helps people get out of their comfort zone and fight through fear to get to the next level. As the host of Mom’s Exit Interview podcast, she interviews renowned experts and extraordinary everyday people to create the lives and careers they want (and deserve!)

Kim spent 15 years as a media executive at Netflix, PEOPLE Magazine, and in TV News and launched the first-ever video unit for Us Weekly. However, after working in the delivery room during the birth of her second child, Kim had an epiphany that she needed to quit corporate to craft a career on her own terms. However, on her path to self-employment, Kim was faced with new questions and challenges around imposter syndrome, her identity and fear. How do I overcome fear - fear of failure, fear of judgment, fear of the unknown? In fighting through that fear, Kim now works to help other women step through the challenges that are holding them back.

Kim’s video and on-camera training company has won several awards and Kim has been featured in Business Insider and Fast Company and has been a speaker and instructor at Syracuse University.
